Aloha!!

Ok, I finally compiled all my pics from my Hawaii trip. Check 'em out...
Ill have the sketches I did posted shortly. The weekend before I left for Hawaii, I had recieved a fortune cookie, funny enough, with this wise bit of advice...

The all powerful, all knowing fortune cookie...

Lots of different things have been keeping me busy this week. Work, outside projects, and especially LOST on DVD. Man that show is addicting! Right from the first episode I cannot stop watching it. So many questions, so many twists. For those who have seen it, I gotta say John Locke is my favorite character. He's like the island's Yoda, so wise, so zen. Im just wrapping up the season and should be done by this weekend so I can catch the season 2 premiere on wednesday. I stopped watching a lot of TV a while back, so its exciting to have that "compelling televsion" feeling again..."what happens next?"

Last month I went to a Chinese restaurant with my family for my brother-in-law's birthday and his fortune cookie was actually fortuneless--it was empty inside! We didn't see that as a good sign at all but somehow he's managed to prosper despite the cookie's hatred of him. Remember, cookies may be sweet, but they're not always right.

Animation-related fortune cookies? I pity the fool who gets "Confucius sez you're going the way of 2D." And Garrett,Eren--the best character is undeniably Hurley. Sorry to refute youse guys, but it's fact.

Mmm..cookie...

I have yet to see Lost, but I will definitely check it out! The show that was my digital crack last year was "The 4400"...but sadly season 2 just can't measure up to the glory of season 1. :(

What was the last time you really had a decent holiday away from home? How about trying out a trip to the beautiful Hawaiian tropics?
